Join the Samohi Speakers Bureau!
We are looking for parents and community members who would like to share information about their careers with Samohi students as speakers in classes and clubs. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you’d like to join the Samohi Speakers Bureau or know someone else who would be interested. Please include a short bio as well as topic(s) about which you’d like to speak. Our first speaking event will be for the Freshman Seminar Career Exploration Panels on November 1st. During this event, speakers will talk about their careers and the path they took to get there. Thank you!

This year’s Reflection contes theme is “Look Within.” This is an amazing opportunity for you to shine a light on your gifts and talents while enhancing your college applications. Submission Information: Download the application packet here, or they are available in all house offices. Applications and submissions are due OCTOBER 16, 2019 by 3:00 pm in the Administration office in the Reflections mailbox.
FREE SAT & PSAT Tests October 16
SAT and PSAT tests will be administered to ALL Samohi students on campus on Wednesday, October 16th . We will be on a minimum day schedule to support testing for all students. The tests are FREE! This is a wonderful way to demonstrate college and career readiness. Be watching for more details about this important day.

This is one of our most popular evenings. Drop by anytime from 5:30-7:00pm for the Student Resource Fair in front of Barnum. Representatives from local ACT/SAT Prep vendors, financial aid counselors, local organizations offering free test prep, and college counselors will be available to answer questions and provide information.
12th graders! Get help filling out the FAFSA form at our workshop in the College/Career Center from 5:30-7:00. This is only open to Seniors.
Then at 7:00pm, join us for an informative Financing College presentation featuring a special guest speaker. All grades and parents are welcome!
