Parents/Guardians of Juniors and Seniors:

All U.S. high schools are required to provide a directory of junior and senior students to military recruiters under a provision of the No Child Left Behind Act.

In order to keep your child off the directory list, you must notify us in writing by filling out a form.

If you do not want you child included in the directory sent to military recruiters, please click on the appropriate link below to open this form in English or Spanish. Print the form, fill it out completely, and mail it to:
