BRAG SHEET 2008
Instructions for using the 7-page interactive Brag Sheet form.
You MUST save the PDF document to your computer BEFORE filling in the fields.
On a Mac -- Hold down the OPTION key and click on each of the links to download the form to your desktop. Fill in the form by typing in your responses to the questions. Print the form and turn it to your Counselor by October 1, 2008. Hand write additional information on the back of the appropriate page.On a PC -- Click save to Desktop (or wherever). Follow instructions above.
