| October 4 | College Fair | Assist with an evening event for 12, 11, and 10th Gr. students to visit with 150 colleges in one location. | Setup: 2-6PM Event: 6:30-9:30PM Cleanup: 9:30-10:30PM |
| October, January, March, and May | State and District Tests | Assist test proctor; hand out and collect materials. | 2-3 hour blocks |
| March | Incoming Freshman Picnic | Help coordinate, work event, and speak with parents | Sat 10AM to 1PM |
