2008 SENIOR ART EXHIBIT

Dear Art Community Member:

Here is a great opportunity to make an immediate, dramatic difference in the life of a young artist. Each year, we host a final exhibition for graduating students with at least two years of visual art classes. This is our most popular student art event, held in one of the longest-running galleries in Southern California: the Roberts Art Gallery here on campus. Our students will be attending prestigious art colleges such as Art Center, CalArts and Parsons. Will you please participate in our celebration of these young artists? Our goal is to raise $5,000 to distribute among approximately 50 aspiring artists.

You are welcome to preview the senior show and pick your award winner. We also welcome awards that allow the faculty to select a recipient based on your criteria. This recognition means a great deal to young artists and will reward their hard work. We need your reply by Friday, May 9 so that we can plan for our ceremonies for Tuesday, May 20 from 6-8pm in the Roberts Arts Gallery (on campus). Hope to see you then!
