The classes a 12th grader needs when coming from another country will depend on the factors in the table below.

Beginning ELD
You will not be able to graduate this year. You are short 3 years of English for graduation. You need at least 1 more year of high school; you will most likely need to take 1 1/2 years of high school before graduating.

To graduate, you need to be able to take and pass English 12 in the mainstream. You will need at least 1 more year of high school to graduate.

- Most 9th graders take Health. If you did not take Health in 9th grade, you need to make it up.
