This course will cover ancient civilizations through modern history. Students will learn to distinguish and interrelate the themes of location, place, interaction, movement, regions, and cause and effect.

This course studies the development of mankind from the beginning of time to the present. Focus is on civilzation's beginnings through Europe, Africa, the modern world, the contemporary age, cultures, conflicts, and issues to the present.
